Where is your dream place to live? or vacation? and favorite vacation spot to date?

I want to move back to Kansas to a farm. I grew up on a farm in Kansas and all of my family is there; including my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. I also have another grandchild on the way. So if anyone wants to sell their farm in Kansas and willing to do so on a land contract, please feel free to contact me.

Do you clean out your closet or keep clothes forever?

I try to keep my clothes forever, but I inevitably end up cleaning out the closet.

Do you like shopping?

I LOVE to shop....what great woman-blooded human doesn't? lol...

Do you know someone that needs a fashion or home makeover?

I need a makeover!!! I have a live audio show but could really use a make-over to learn what to wear and what looks good for the camera as we do video shows as well.

What is your favourite brand of denim/or designer?

Any brand that makes me look good and feels comfortable.

What is your favourite store?

We shop at Walmart, PetsMart and I love getting things from Rent-a-Center for expensive items. My husband now works there so its even easier to get the large screen TVs, awesome stereo systems, and comfortable furniture. Plus, when an appliance breaks down or throws in the towel we can easily and quickly get a new appliance with reasonable payment plans.

Would you like to be more organized?

I would LOVE to be more organized. It always seems as tho I am rearranging, reboxing, redoing everything in order to make room for one more item I purchased at a garage sale! My downstairs looks wonderful, go upstairs and it's a disaster area! Hard hat required!! LOL!!!!

Do you shop online? If yes what do you like to buy?

Yes, I do shop online. I purchase products for my show such as t-shirts, doggie shirts, toys ect. from my CafePress and Zazzle stores, pet supplements and homeopathy products.

Do you make your bed everyday? Yes, No, + why

Yes. We have many rescued kitties here and if we don't make our bed daily then the cats will lay on our pillows leaving hair on them. I can't sleep when my face and nose is covered and full of hair.

I rescue animals, councel people on natural health care for pets, pet health, hosting my show (I love doing this even tho I don't get paid for it, I LOVE changing the world one animal at a time), talking to my guests for my show, meeting new people, and working on the computer. Right now I am reading a delightful book called Thanking the Monkey by Karen Dawn. She was a guest on my show and sent me the book to read before her appearance. Well, she ended up being in a bad reception area (she's on a book signing tour) and we were unable to reach her via phone for the show, but I still discussed her book. It is very enlightening and humeous. I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone who loves animals. Be sure to let her know you heard about it from Leigh host of The Pawz Cauze Show!

How many times a week do you work out? + What Kind of workout?

I had major back surgery on January 30th, 2008. Since I didn't have any metal rods, plates, screws, or a cage placed around my spine, I am VERY limited on what I am able to do. The doctors used bone from my hip, ground it very fine, then mixed it with a bone putty to create the fusion. By doing this, it prolongs healing time because we have to wait for the bone to grow and the putty will dissolve leaving only bone. I am only allowed to walk. I am not supposed to lift over 5 lbs, sit longer than 30 minutes, or stand for longer than 30 minutes. Since I am an active independant person, this is killing me!!!!!

What type of work do you do?

I am the host of The Pawz Cauze Show and an International DJ for Radio Gets Wild. Neither are paying jobs but both are very fun. I also rescue animals, am the USA Representative for OIPA (International Organization for Animal Protection), Dogs Deserve Better Michigan Representative, Natural Health Pet Councelor, and a housewife, mother, and grandmother.
