I do both...I clean it out every season, but tend to hang on to things I KNOW I don't need...

yes - 1. I like to be tidy; 2. you spend so much of your life in your bed, I think it should always be neat, comfy and clean!

yes: however they are not living with me right now, but rather with my Mom. 2 dogs and 1 cat. Dogs - Mozy (Black Lab 2 years old) Petie (Hound/Beagle 8 months old), Long haired orange cat (Tinker-bell 10 years old)

4-5 : Summer = Best Body Boot Camp (which truly includes everything and uses every muscle - everyone should try it)! Winter: Run (45 mins cardio, 20 mins weights, 20 mins stretching), YOGA - live by yoga!
