I'm started a 21 day cleanse after watching Kathy Freston

http://www.oprah.com last week, she talked about her book " Quantum Wellness" conscious eating.
I am excited to start,
Breakfast:
I am having decaf coffee with almond milk and steel cut oats oatmeal with unsweetened coconut and dates sprinkled with cinnamon.
Then I will go for a 1 hour walk. Oh NO it just start pouring rain , its a good thing I got rain boots and a K-way rain coat last week. What about the dog? I think I might be one of those people that buys their dog a rain coat.

Just came home from grocery shopping, bought, some fruits, strawberries, blue berries , apples, nuts, beans, celery, red peppers , avocados,portobello mushrooms vegan gluten free waffles, vegan gluten free bread, almond butter, veggie burgers, soy milk, almond milk.
Lunch: I just made a bean salad for lunch with chick peas, red kidney beans, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, cilantro, fresh garlic, black pepper, olive oil and balsamic and fresh lemon- very good, but I'm still starving. I think i will have more because I'm leaving for yoga in 1/2 an hour.

Dinner: I BBQ"d 1 veggie burger and 2 portbello mushroom tops marinated in Canola oil and garlic and black pepper and some bean salad on the side.
I think I'm still hungry! I will have a glass of almond milk with coco powder as a treat.
